Another place to visit for Olive oil and Coffee+tea I would get Eurpris as it is 20 to 40kr cheaper than in the stores. 10:30am is when they price down all the expired meat. Honestly, I have never bought meat at full price, depending on what is on sale is what I buy for dinner. I wish I had a freezer as that would honestly help out a lot in storage of things on sale. Although making the daily or every other day treck to the store is something to do during winter.

Yes! Mattilbud is great, especially when you have a Bunnpris, Rema, Meny, Kiwi and Coop all within a 10-minute walk 🙂

– there is a smartphone app called Mattilbud that shows most of Norway’s food store sales ( ).
– there are websites and app that helps you with meal planning such as and ziplist, pepperplate, etc.
