Education:
Bachelor of Arts from Central Methodist University with a double major in Mathematics and Accounting and a minor in Spanish

 

Work experience:
I worked for the State Auditor's office for seven years, leading and performing audits of various state and local government entities. I was a staff auditor for the first two years, and for the remaining five years, I was a senior auditor supervising 3-4 staff on each job. Then, I worked at Williams Keepers in the governmental audit section for a year and a half before I began working at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. In 2006, I started work at CPS as the Chief Accountant in the Business Services department, where I remained for nine years. In January 2016, I took the position of Administrative Project Manager, working directly with the Chief Financial Officer. During that time, I began overseeing the budget process and performing work in contract management, long-range facilities planning, and risk management.

Family and interests:
I am married to Bob McArthur, whom I met while working at the State Auditor's office, and we have been married for 13 years. We have three very active children: Hunter (12), Micah (10), and Ryleigh (7). We spend most of our time at the baseball field, basketball court, or dance studio. We also love spending time at the pool in the summer. I grew up in rural Ohio and have two sisters: a twin sister in Florida and a younger sister in Ohio. We love traveling, visiting family, and making new memories together. I am so blessed to be able to serve 51³Ô¹ÏÍø.
