A clear breach of trust and judicial fearness has occured by those entrusted to manage the city’s resources and opportunities. The Council has opened the gates for legal financial compensation for the various operators who have already undertaken planning and expeditures to continue their operations. Bergen should be identified as “not tourist friendly” from this unqualified and unplanned response to a rather simple problem that is totally not inique to Bergen.
