By the way, If the applicants live out of Oslo, the second trip might not be necessary if somebody else can pick up the passport for you. Last time one of my friend left one envelop with sufficient postage and his address, then they mailed the passport to him, however it was several years ago, and I am not sure if this ‘favor ‘ is still being provided.
