A short time later they all moved to Massachusetts in the USA. I first met her in an English class at Salem State after service in the military as a dental technician for 4 years in London and West Germany. I later went to dental school at Tufts University in Boston. The military paid for my dental school so I had to go back in as a dental officer. I went straight back to West Germany with my new Norwegian wife. We loved being there and visiting Norway as mush as possible. I found most Norwegians were fond of their tannleger. I always thought “tooth doctors” made more sense than dentists.
This has nothing to do with Norwegian dentistry but I had to comment on “Norwegian” and “dentistry”.
