  • Instructions for Districts

    There are two important features to include on your website for Peachjar:

    1. Add a Peachjar button to your district homepage for easy access to view all active flyers for the district. The web flyerboard can also be filtered by school.  Download the script to add your web flyerboard button from your account (settings > District & schools > flyerboard button options). 
    2. Use the suggested content below for the Peachjar information page on your website to inform your parents and community organizations about your digital flyer communication system. Districts most commonly place this page in one of the areas below.
    • Digital Flyer Approval
    • Community Resources / Community Connection
    • Communication

    Be sure to link your district’s flyer approval guidelines per the Flyer Approval Guideline instructions below. Suggested guidelines have been provided for your convenience and can be found on your account (settings > community > approval guidelines).

    Peachjar for Digital Flyer Distribution

    We are excited to share information about our partnership with Peachjar to help us unite schools, parents, and communities in our collective mission to elevate student outcomes! Peachjar’s platform streamlines school-to-home communication by distributing valuable school and community resources directly to families as digital flyers. Peachjar helps us save thousands of trees each year by enabling our district to go paperless.

    Peachjar for Families

    Peachjar organizes all important school and community information in one place! In addition to receiving emails from your school, look for the ‘Peachjar’ button or icon on your school website to view all active flyers.

    Peachjar for Community Organizations

    Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost of copying and delivering paper flyers. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar; clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website, flyer performance reports, and not to mention the time saved driving school to school! 

    To submit your flyer for district approval, review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

    2. Review Peachjar’s for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more

    After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.
