I hope they survive. Norway needs a low cost carrier. Scandinavian SAS fares are extortionate and will just increase.

I totally agree they disregard customer wants and needs.

If your cancelling then pay us without us begging for out money back.

I was also worried they would go into administration – by their clear intention of not refunding anyones fares they cancelled due to the pandemic. Best option is to claim your travel insurance or issue a chargeback.

I agree with Chris I to have paid for flight well in advance and a hotel booked through Norwegian my wife and I are pensioners in our 70s and could do with our money back
