I have successfully applied my husband and son for family reunification visa but my husband separated us after a month he arrived in Norway due to his mother’s intervention with our marriage his mother manipulated her son to separate us. Now he is working in the same workplace where I am working. My question is if there is possibility that my husband can be deported to our home country upon breaking the rules of family Reunification.

My father was a Norwegian citizen, he died in 2005. I’ve lived in the UK all my life. My UK mum and my dad were married in 1970s I was born in 1975 here in UK. I’m 47 now with a big family in Norway and Sweden, would I be able to apply for citizenship?

I have three Norwegian Children in Norway. I granted my visitors visa to visit and be with them for 90 days. I am not a Citizen of Norway. I had applied for Family Reunification in Norway for permanent resident to be with children because i have under age child my youngest and submitted already to the police. My visa soon expire, do i have to stay in Norway while waiting the answer or do i have to return to my country the date scheduled? Do i have to re-book my ticket and travel insurance until get an answer from UDI or Police?
