Hi there mr David I olso had very bad experience when I flown from Chigargo to istambul on a transit flight on turkichairlines to cape town South Africa I was to be back in my home country but sadly am still stuck in istambul just because I did not have rite information papers from the docters test on the airport Pryer to my flight every body on the airport from turkichairlines was no help at all and could hardly speak inlich .so to make long story short am not even miles flyer but in my ten years of flying from Capetown to istambul or to any other airport this is first time to have such bad exsperinse am still stuck my flights has been canseltwice and l had to forch myself to have paid for one hotels and food becorse turkichairlines woudend take any responsebelety they chase me from one offce to another I was exsorted tiert and still now ansers so why did I chose turkichairlines because they were ratet the best.i don’t now if you can rite on behalf of my exsperinse but according to me no matter how you are everybody needs good friendly friendly customer service.what do think sir.

Im very suprised to hear about Turkish airlines being rude. I always travel with them because they have the best planes with plenty of room.The service is excellent food and drink is plentiful. The Staff and Turkish people are very pleasant . Carry on being 5 star. 👍👍

I this is typical of Turkish airline. I thought this was usual from Turkishairline staff to under developed countries like sudan. But I heard of this rudeness from all over the world. Turkishairline staff are rude and they have no respect for passengers. And their food is the worst than their service.
