David,
Thank you for all the information you share about Norway. My husband and I are planning a road trip in September, from Bergen to Trondheim and then Geiranger, Sogndal, back to Bergen.
I am planning the route myself and I would like to get your comments, especially for the portion from Alesund to Kristiansund.
Plan: Alesund to Molde via E39; then Molde to Kristiansund via Rv64; then Kristiansund to Trondheim via E39.
We want to do the Atlantic Road.
Also, could you recommend hotels, restaurants and things to do in Trondheim?
I thank you very much for all your help…I really appreciate it.

I am so glad you enjoyed this 17. mai as being part of.
may I point out, Jens (Prime Minisister) was actually over in Shetland to commerate the day. Shetland was part of Norway until given away as part of a debt.

One condition was – they always help viking ships / vikings.
And they did.
Many older filk still speak Norsk.

Add in the Shetland Bus during WW2
(there is a really good book called The Shetland Bus)
