Hi Michael. Nice to hear from another keen foodie. Food availability and quality definitely depend on the seasons here and as it’s summer I can’t complain too much. It is fun experimenting and learning what’s around and the coming winter will be interesting as to what happens! Stay tuned!! Vicki

I too am a curious chef . On my recent visit to Norway I was quite impressed with the variety and quality of the food available in markets, even those located above the Artic circle in Sortland. I missed a few,things that I cook with like turmeric and fresh herbs but the quality of the seafood was impressive, even to a Californian. Kiwi is doing an awesome job.
