I’m planning a trip to Svalbard and looking for a women’s parka. Everything I see looks like I’ll be sauntering to a mall in New York. What outerwear do people wear in Finland and Norway?

It has become a part of our culture, especially around Christmas time – the popular TV calendar “Blånissene” are about the blue “nisser” (not the traditional red ones) who in the story create the blue hour. 🙂
