I’m from Norway and currently studying in England. And after living 6 months in your country it’s really interesting (and funny) to read about your experiences of living in mine 🙂
I highly recommend a visit to Preikestolen (the Pulpit Rock) the next time you are in the Stavanger area. It’s a spectacular view on clear sunny days and is still a remarkable one on grey and cloudy ones. It takes about 1 hour to get to the Pulpit Rock Lodge from Stavanger by ferry and car and about 1,5 hours by ferry and bus. From the lodge there is a trail leading up to the top and it is a 1 – 2 hour hike, depending on your preferred walking speed and need for short breaks. All worth it though 🙂 And if you find yourself hungry after the decline there is a restaurant in the Pulpit Rock Lodge, or you could try the local kebab which is brilliant ( I know, I grew up there ).

Great question! As you can see above, travel fills most of my time. Outside of that, I’m planning more 🙂 I also watch a lot of football and like exploring Oslo’s galleries, museums and other places of interest. And I am trying to learn Norwegian, of course!
