No this is just about trade, freedom of movement for people ends on January 1. If you want to move after that time, the rules for non-EU/EEA countries apply to you, i.e. you’ll need a job offer and a work permit.

Do you know if the temporary trade deal contained any provisions for freedom of movement from January until the actual trade deal is struck? I’m from the UK, and currently staying in Norway with my boyfriend, but I’m not registered / employed here yet, as my Norwegian is nowhere near good enough at the moment!
