This company is a complete rip-off and scam! I’ve been trying for over four years to get a refund for a flight that cost me over $4,000 for my family during the COVID pandemic. Instead of refunding me, they issued CashPoints without my consent, then shut down the route between the USA and Europe. Their only response was to suggest I use the points for my family in Europe.

To make matters worse, they closed my case, wiped out my CashPoints, and never even notified me. When I finally reached out to them by email, after struggling to get in contact, their response was, “Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the expiration date of your CashPoints any further. This year, the management team concluded that customers would not be notified, as CashPoints had already been extended twice.”

Now, they’re acting like it’s my fault. This company is truly the biggest scam!

Same story here I was supposed to fly from London to Miami in May 2020. Received points wideout my agreement. No flights to USA so for me is useless. This is second time today that I submitted a claim because on the first, no one answered back in over a year and half 🙁 It is not much, 220 pounds, but it is my money. Disappointed I was thinking Northern countries are more educated..

We are a travel agency, and we have pending refunds from Norwegian for 87.000 euros, all tickets issued on their agent portal, and they have not refunded a single euro. So we are a lot in the same boat. Even travel professionals that have worked for years with them have been screwed over by Norwegian Air. So if it is possible for us to join, we are ready. Also if you have cash points and wants to get rid of them, maybe we can help you get rid of them by issuing tickets for them.

Include me, they owe me $1500 from March 2020. Make you take “points” no long haul flights from USA to this day 9-8-22
