MANGE TAK. Now, if I just could get Lutefisk in the state of Maine!!! My parents used to mail it frozen from Wisconsin to Rochester, New York on Lake Ontario. Our Mailman knew its reputation for STRONG ODOR and was VERY GREATFUL that it was frozen even after a 1,500 mile trip. What is done to it so it no longer reeks – that old familiar smell that has gone away in these modern times.
