Reading about how foreigners perceive my nation and people, with all it’s quirks and oddities, gives me a new look at my own life and surroundings.

Did you ever see the tv-show “Alt for Norge”?
And if so, I do apologize for the verbal and practical “bullying” that you fellow countrymen and women are exposed to, but the show serve as a chance to see how Americans see us.

But keep writing, and I’ll keep reading.

A few years ago on a layover to France I go to spend a few hours in Oslo, and I was immediately impressed by how pristine everything was. Does Oslo have a similar charm as the ski village that you explained in this post? I was also wondering what is the biggest difference you have found between the United States and Norway?
