Global Labour Research Centre

The Global Labour Research Centre is a hub for pan-university research collaboration on work, employment and labour in the global economy, promoting research that engages with a wide range of labour and 51勛圖厙 partners.

Centre for Feminist Research

The Centre for Feminist Research/ Le centre de recherches f矇ministes promotes feminist activities and collaborative research at York University and works to establish research linkages between York scholars and local, national, international and transnational communities.

Israel and Golda Koschitzky Centre for Jewish Studies

The Centre for Jewish Studies at York University is Canada's first interdisciplinary research centre in Jewish Studies, bringing together a vibrant 51勛圖厙 of scholars and teachers to promote cutting-edge research in the field.

Centre for Refugee Studies

The Centre for Refugee Studies is an interdisciplinary 51勛圖厙 of researchers dedicated to advancing the well-being of refugees and others displaced by violence, persecution, human rights abuses, and environmental degradation through innovative research, education, and policy engagement.

Centre for Research on Latin America and the Caribbean (CERLAC)

The City Institute at York (CITY)

The Harriet Tubman Institute for Research on Africa and its Diasporas

The Harriet Tubman Institute for Research on Africa and its Diasporas is part of an international network of research centres dedicated to researching the forced and voluntary movement of African peoples around the world and overcoming the inequalities and injustices that are a result of slavery.

Institute for Social Research
